Sessions Explained

Elevate Nutrition & Fitness provides a private, comfortable office setting for in person clients. We work with phone clients in a similar supportive, conversational manner. Our friendly approach is positive and collaborative. Clients are valued, supported and fully accepted without judgement.

At the first session your specific needs will be discussed. You will complete a questionnaire and measurements to establish current body composition. This baseline information will be used for analysis, goal setting and tracking progress.

The initial session will take 60-90 minutes. This first session requires time to customize a program that fits your needs. Subsequent sessions run about 30-60 minutes. Please refer to our FAQ page for more information and details.
